This recipe is amazing! I subbed potato starch for the tapioca starch and it turned out great. It also doesn’t get jelly like when cold with the potato starch so I’ve been eating it on bread out of the fridge and it’s delicious even like that. I also think a touch of horseradish or Dijon would be yummy too, will try that next time! Thank you!
