Ok, This is a great great recipe, my burgers were delicious. I am a newly vegetarian and I am so happy to have found it. In a couple of hours, literally we were having this burgers for dinner.
*Tips. Used the salad spinner to remove all of the liquid from the soy curls. Nothing was missing. I used the beet juice and they even look like the real deal. The next batch will have some crunch added, like black rice, or peanuts. This is perfect to create “meatless balls” and add to a Mexican albondiga soup. 🙂
